This book will give your ESL student a voice in the classroom. With easy-to-learn lessons, large photos and diagrams Science will be fun again! Your student will read Science vocabulary in his native language that is color-coded to its direct translation in English on the same page. There isn't a more comprehensive educational tool to teach English and Science content to foreign students in the market right now.

I purchased this book for my nephew who just arrived to the United States last year from Tunisia. He needed that extra help with his science assignments and tests. He is a very bright boy, but the language barrier still posed an obstacle for him. I searched for bilingual English/Arabic science books online that would help him, but everything that I've come across was not as comprehensive, well-written, and clearly illustrated as the NEXT GEN ESL - Life Science Book. ELL Science Study Guide are a must have!!!
I love this book. It’s a great addition to my classroom library. I teach in a big city public school and often get ELL students that are not ready for full English textbooks. This book has been a great resource for those students. It helps them develop language skills and learn science content. I have the Space Science, and now Life Science. I would definitely buy Earth and Physical If it became available.
